Free Facilitation Training: Offers and Needs Market

Have you ever attended an Offers and Needs Market (OANM)— and seen the benefits first hand?

Maybe you have yet to attend one but are super eager to do so!

Either way, we (the Liberatory Livelihood Association) are keen to begin offering OANMs regularly...

...but we need more facilitators!

Which is why we are willing to train you up for free!

Benefits to You

• You get to learn a new facilitation skill.

• You get the opportunity to network with others around livelihood.

• You get to provide opportunities for others to get their needs met and their offers out there

The Details

• Submit your expression of interest

• Join with a cohort to experience a 90-minute livelihood OANM

• Learn about how we deliver the experience (approximately 2-3 hours)

• Assist in an OANM

• Run your own (always with an assistant)

If, at some point, we ask for donations at OANMs, LLA and the facilitators will agree upon how the funds will be distributed.

To get more in-depth training, we highly recommend the Post-Growth Institute's full-length training, which will be held in April 2026, and which is on a pay-what-you-can basis.
